Meet Ana
Founder of Profit Insights
My career has taken me across industries, countries and very different business environments — from oil & gas and major international projects to construction, retail and company management.
I have worked on complex projects in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Italy and Croatia, moving between project controls, cost estimating, financial analysis and operational management.
What connects all of those experiences is the same way of working: understanding what sits behind the numbers, questioning what does not make sense and turning complex information into clear business decisions.
Profit Insights grew naturally from that experience — bringing together financial analysis, operational understanding and a practical management perspective.
